We have recently spoken of what Web Labs relationship with the commercial sector having spent most of June talking about the great strength in depth Web Labs has with the Public Sector. Once again I am going to continue the focus on the Commercial world and talk about the Web Labs product Taxonomy Master, which is an Automated Classification System.
Web Labs did not create Taxonomy Master simply because they believed it would be a good idea. Necessity due to Government guidelines was reason for the creation of Taxonomy Master.
British Government have asked all websites to be categorised IPSV or LGSL so because of this, Taxonomy Master allows any file to be classified. Like all Web Lab products this comes with a bespoke purpose so if it the file is for HR, Marketing or Sales the software is encrypted for this end. It can be extremely specific so, if you were to have a file for medical reasons this would be recognised.
Key to Taxonomy Master success is that it categories the files automatically so staff do not have using there time (or your time) doing the job manually.
Result being of course is that all of a sudden there is a quick way of classification of all digital files be it…
- Web Sites
- Intranet
- Electronic Document Records
- Knowledgebase Systems
All of which is done automatically saving your organisation time and money! Taxonomy Master is a bespoke software which can therefore be adjusted to fit you company culture and working situations.
Here is a list of just a few organisations that have enjoyed the benefits of Taxonomy Master…
· Dod’s Parliamentary Information Services
· The Driving Standards Agency
· Preston City Council
Tamworth Borough Council
